Sunday: Closed - How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. - What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can call or email us and we'll find a time that works for you.
Pricing
- How much does a service cost?
Pricing varies based on your property size and the services requested. All estimates are free — contact us and we'll provide a customized quote at no charge. - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, all major credit cards, and online payments through our customer portal. - Is there a minimum job size?
We work with properties of all sizes — from small residential yards to large commercial grounds. No job is too small or too large. - Do you offer package deals or discounts?
Yes! Customers who sign up for recurring maintenance plans receive preferred pricing. Ask us about our seasonal packages when you request your estimate.
Maintenance
- How often should I mow my lawn?
During spring and summer, weekly mowing is ideal. In fall and winter, every 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient depending on growth. - When is the best time to fertilize?
For Louisiana lawns, late spring (May) and late summer (August–September) are the most effective times. We can advise on the right fertilizer type for your grass. - How do I know if my lawn needs aeration?
If water pools on the surface after rain, your grass feels spongy, or growth has become patchy, aeration can help loosen compacted soil and improve root health. - Should I water before or after a treatment?
For fertilization, we recommend watering lightly 24 hours beforehand. After treatment, wait at least 24 hours before watering again to allow products to absorb properly.
